Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT Operations Manager to work onsite at a design and production company in Westbrook, CT. Our client is looking for someone with a proven track record in support and service desk management. On a day to day this person will be responsible for system maintenance, system lifecycle management, performance monitoring, and configuration management. The ideal candidate will need to have hands-on experience with device management tools like Intune and a comprehensive understanding of change management best practices. Lastly, this person will need to be able to lead, mentor, and empower a team of support technicians to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in IT Operations Management with an expertise in support and service desk functions
In-depth knowledge of IT support processes, ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.), configuration management, and change management
Experience with device management tools such as Intune
Experience with automated patch management tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Experience working in a regulated environment & with compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-171
Relevant certifications (ITIL, HDI, etc.)
