Insight Global is seeking a transformational Vice President of Information Technology for a manufacturing client to lead the modernization and evolution of our IT organization during a critical period of business transformation. Following significant organizational changes across executive leadership, engineering, operations, finance, and marketing, this person will be focused on accelerating performance and positioning the company for long-term growth. The VP of IT will play a key role in this transformation by building a strategic technology roadmap, modernizing systems and processes, improving project execution, and elevating IT into a true business partner for the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced IT executive who has successfully led transformation initiatives in manufacturing environments and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, change-oriented organization.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior leadership roles Proven experience leading IT transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience overseeing enterprise ERP platforms (Epicor Preferred)
• Strong project and program management experience.
• Demonstrated success building relationships with executive and operational leadership teams.
Experience leading organizational change and driving business process improvements.
