Daily responsibilities include maintaining hours and responsibilities for field workers each day ranging from 5 to 20 workers depending on the day, managing "Call Before You Dig" requests, overseeing the bidding process for excavation, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. The role involves a mix of 90% superintendency duties, and the last 10% estimating, dealing with material & supply, and project management, depending on the project's needs. This is a $5 million project, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in its execution and ongoing operations.
