Job Description

The Aircraft Manufacturing Control Specialist will act as an extension of the Field Team, managing the inbound flow of parts, quality control activities, hangar housekeeping, tool control, and hazardous material handling. The specialist must operate in full compliance with all policies, aerospace industry standards, and applicable federal regulations while delivering the same level of performance expected of a direct employee.

$20/hr - 30/hr

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years in aerospace production, inventory control, or quality assurance (military or commercial).
Direct experience with aircraft components and hangar environments required.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Familiarity with inspection equipment (CMM, torque wrenches, acft GSE, etc.)
Basic knowledge of aircraft structures and systems.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

AS9100 or equivalent quality system training (preferred).
HazMat handling certification (e.g., OSHA 40 hr HAZWOPER) preferred.
Tool Control Program (TCP) training desired.
