Insight Global is seeking a 6 month contract, possible extensions, possible conversion to perm, Remote TECHNICAL SAP BTP Integration Consultant in India for $8-$12 an hour
to design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions using the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for our client. This role requires deep technical expertise in SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and cloud-native development to enable seamless connectivity across SAP and non-SAP systems.



This role focuses on application-to-application (A2A) integration, API management, and process automation, ensuring seamless connectivity across SAP and non-SAP systems.

20% of their time will be spent on the functional side, ensuring that the systems integration are working with the business
80% of their time will be spent converting the functional discussion into what it means from a technology system.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end integration scenarios using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
Develop and manage APIs using SAP API Management and Open Connectors.
Build and deploy custom applications using SAP BTP services such as CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), Node.js, or Java.
Integrate SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and third-party systems using event-driven and synchronous/asynchronous patterns.
Configure and manage Event Mesh for real-time messaging and decoupled architectures.
Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance integration solutions.
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows and APIs.

Must-haves

3+ years of professional experience in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform called Integration Services on a TECHNICAL stance
Professional experience converting functional discussion into what it means from a technology system
Experience with API Integration (Application Programming Interface, which allows the different software systems to talk with each other)
API Integration means the consultant knows how to:
Connect SAP BTP with other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, custom apps)
Use REST or SOAP APIs to send/receive data
Handle authentication, data mapping, and error handling
Experience with Application to Application
