Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support project execution for a large fortune 500 client. This role will focus on managing dependencies, driving alignment across systems, and ensuring visibility into ongoing integration efforts, particularly within billing platforms and customer/agent-facing systems. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of project management and technical understanding, with the ability to navigate how systems interact (billing, agent tools, CRM/workflow platforms like Pega) and coordinate work across both business and IT stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role requiring someone who can step in quickly, organize ambiguity, and provide structure across a fast-moving integration environment. This is a 6 month ongoing contract and pays $55-$58hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Technical Project Coordination
• Experience supporting IT, systems, or platform-related projects
Experience working with Pega or similar workflow/CRM platforms
• Strong experience managing dependencies, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
• Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Excel, or similar
• Ability to understand and communicate how systems interact (architecture-level awareness)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across both business and technical stakeholders
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in telecom / cable industry
• Exposure to billing systems (CSG, ICOMS, or similar)
• Experience supporting merger, integration, or large-scale transformation initiatives
