Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join an Incentives team, supporting initiatives across all sales channels. This senior‑level role requires strong SQL skills, with Python and hands‑on coding experience considered a major plus, and will support the development of a web‑based portal that allows agents to access incentive information. The ideal candidate will have experience working on web applications, exposure to AI‑enabled Python solutions, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role works in a highly collaborative environment. This is an ongoing 6- month contract (c2h) that pays $56-62hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years as a technical analyst/business analyst
• Strong proficiency in Python
○ coding exposure
• Advanced SQL skills (data analysis, optimization, validation)
• Experience building or supporting web-based applications
• Ability to work closely with business and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent communication skills

Experience working with AI/ML-driven applications or tooling
Prior experience in a hybrid developer / analyst or business-facing engineering role
