Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Sr. Manager of Marketing - Mid Market Buyers. They will frame the company's core marketing statement, developing buyer centric go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive Data, Voice, Video, and Managed Services growth across target audiences. This role serves as the subject matter expert across key aspects of the Mid-Market buyer. They will gather buyer and competitive insights to produce effective market positioning and compelling value propositions and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Collaborate across marketing
teams to run campaigns and initiatives, using audience insights to create customer profiles, buyer personas, and market strategies. This is a full-time role and has a salary of $135-150k.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years marketing to the majority of the following: including mid-sized businesses, bars and restaurants, and the hospitality industry.
- Understanding of B2B audiences across small, medium, and large businesses/organizations.
- Experience working with Data, Voice, Managed Services and Video business solutions.
- Proficient leading strategic go-to-market plans and strategy.
- Experience creating effective messaging, positioning and sales enablement assets.
Ability to gather buyer and competitive insights across a variety of sources to produce effective market positioning
Bachelor's degree in related field required.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience marketing to all of the following: Mid-sized businesses, Bars & Restaurants, and Hospitality industry verticals.
Knowledge of cable television, high speed Internet and phone products and services preferred
