Insight Global is hiring a Senior Manager of Mobile Marketing Creative Strategy. This role will lead the creative strategy for an enterprise level companies mobile business, overseeing device, plan, and offer-based marketing across brand and multicultural initiatives. This role sits within the Multicultural & Offers Creative team and is responsible for translating mobile business objectives into compelling creative strategies and briefs that drive brand engagement and subscriber growth. This role partners closely with internal teams and external partners, including Google and Apple, to deliver innovative, consumer‑relevant mobile marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in mobile marketing, offer-led creative, and strategic brand storytelling within telecommunications or agency environments. This is an ongoing contract until the end of the year and pays $62-$68hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8–12+ years of experience in mobile marketing, mobile device marketing, or wireless marketing strategy
• Proven experience leading offer-based creative strategy (pricing, promos, launches, incentives)
• Background in telecommunications or experience as a senior agency leader supporting mobile brands
• Expertise translating complex marketing goals into creative briefs
• Experience supporting multicultural audiences
Strong cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in multicultural marketing (MCM) or native multicultural campaigns
• Spanish language proficiency or deep familiarity with Hispanic marketing audiences
• Figma experience
