Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing & Creative to develop strategic briefs and guide messaging for brand and product initiatives. They will be partnering closely with internal strategy, media, and production teams as well as external agencies. Oversee the creative development and flawless execution of integrated campaigns across TV, digital, audio, and print, ensuring alignment with brand standards and media best practices. Provide clear creative direction, manage stakeholder feedback, and support production planning, including estimates, timelines, and logistics. Monitor industry trends to inform creative strategy and optimize campaign performance. This is a 6-month ongoing contract and pays $57-61hr.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in marketing, creative strategy, or campaign management
- Experience working with advertising agencies, including briefing and guiding them through integrated campaigns
- Ability to write and translate creative briefs (copywriting experience)
- Strong background in creative execution on campaigns including TV, Radio, Socials, Digital, etc
- Ability to partner with internal media teams and external creative agencies to manage the development and production of TV commercials, digital content, audio spots, and print materials
- Experience with Monday.com
Bachelor's degree required
