Insight Global is hiring for a Sr. Director of Business Buyer & Competitive Insights. This person will be Responsible for articulating value proposition and leading the creation of buyer-centric go-to-market strategies that drive growth across Data, Voice, Video, and Managed Services for key target audiences. This candidate will need expertise in communications technology, competitive analysis, positioning, market sizing, buyer insights, and targeting. They will be highly hands-on, with a strong ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning. This director will collaborate with the product team and must be driven to deeply understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of both buyers and sellers.

- 8+ years of experience as a marketing professional for the Mid-Market customer
- Extensive knowledge of B2B audiences spanning Small, Medium & Large businesses, Decision Maker and Influencer roles
- Leadership experience building and growing a team of 5+ individuals.
- Demonstrated leadership success in developing and managing the development of comprehensive, audience specific GTM strategies
Ability to gather buyer and competitive insights across a variety of sources to produce effective market positioning
- Experience working with Data, Voice, Managed Services and Video business solution
Skilled in leading QBR's to evaluate the impact of audience planning and strategy on sales performance
Extensive experience in B2B marketing strategy roles with increasing responsibility, specializing in vertical markets and serving mid-sized to large enterprise client
