Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing & Creative. This role leads creative strategy and execution across marketing initiatives, developing briefs and guiding messaging for brand and product campaigns. It involves partnering with media and strategy teams to shape plans, track industry trends, and evaluate success. The position also provides creative direction for design and video assets, manages stakeholder feedback, and ensures flawless delivery of campaign materials across TV, digital, audio, and print. Additionally, it oversees production logistics, working with internal and agency teams to manage timelines, estimates, and content development. This is a 6 month ongoing contract and pays $57-61hr.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in marketing manager roll with a strong knowledge of the creative process
- Experience overseeing agency partners that produce video, digital media, audio, and paid social initiatives.
○ Work with agency and internal production teams to develop estimates, timelines, and logistics
- Ability to develop briefs to inform and guide internal and external agency partners (copywriting experience)
- Deliver flawless execution of campaign assets that accurately answer project briefs and abide by brand guidelines
- Provide a strong creative point of view on design and video executions, based on experience, creative best practices, platform best practices and cultural trends.
- Experience with Monday.com
Bachelor's degree required
