Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Social Paid Manager. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of social-first, full-funnel paid campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across key social platforms. This role oversees the strategic planning and creative direction of paid social initiatives, ensuring that all content is optimized for platform-specific formats and tailored to each stage of the customer journey. The Social Paid Manager collaborates closely with creative, media, and analytics teams to design compelling ad experiences, manage budgets, and implement audience targeting strategies that maximize performance. They are accountable for campaign setup and optimization within social ad platforms, leveraging A/B testing and data-driven insights to continuously improve results. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of paid social best practices, creative storytelling for digital environments, and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable outcomes. This is 6-month ongoing contract and pays $48-51hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience leading development of social first full funnel paid creative campaigns
• Strong experience working with agency's and briefing
• Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Ability to identify target audiences and select appropriate platforms
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for each campaign stage.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure messaging aligns with funnel stages and brand voice.
• Implement A/B testing for creative variations to maximize performance.
Understanding of white vs dark ads
