Senior Social Strategist (Reddit)

Insight Global is looking for a Social Strategist that will lead Reddit presence by developing a platform‑native strategy that aligns with Reddit culture and community expectations. They will identify the right subreddits, analyze community behaviors, and design content approaches that feel authentic. Day to day, they will shape engagement plans, recommend AMA opportunities, leverage community insights and UGC patterns, and guide teams on how to show up credibly within each subreddit. This role requires a deep understanding of Reddit norms, community dynamics, and what brands can—and cannot—do on the platform. As a senior strategist, they must bring thoughtful guidance, clearly articulating the rationale behind recommendations while balancing brand goals with community expectations. The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical skills with strong creative instincts and true native Reddit expertise. This is a 6 month ongoing contract and pays $63-67hr.

• 7–10+ years in social strategy with direct, hands‑on Reddit expertise
○ Proven experience standing up social programs from scratch fir enterprise level companies
• Deep understanding of Reddit culture, community norms, subreddit rules, and platform etiquette
○ Strong expertise in SEO and AEO
• Strong understanding of how Reddit influences brand sentiment, search behavior, and customer trust
• Ability to design native Reddit content (text-based posts, AMAs, UGC‑inspired formats, informational posts, reactive responses)
• Strong analytical skills - interpret Reddit insights, sentiment trends, and conversation patterns
Experience partnering with moderators, customer experience, PR, and creative teams
