Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Senior Project / Production Manager to support high‑volume, production‑heavy creative work tied to a major brand evolution. This role sits on the brand team within an internal agency, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external production partners supporting large‑scale commercial and marketing initiatives. This person will bring true agency‑style project management rigor to a fast‑moving production environment, owning timelines, workflows, budgets, and delivery across dozens of concurrent projects while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines during a rebrand. The ideal candidate understands creative and video production deeply but is not a designer or editor. They are an expert at driving work forward efficiently and at scale. Overall they are ensuring all creative output follows brand guidance and standards while managing project intake, tracking, resourcing, and reporting. This is a 6-month ongoing contract and pays $55-60hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7–10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Production Manager, or Creative Operations Manager within:
○ Advertising agencies or
○ In‑house creative teams
• Strong understanding of video and creative production workflows, including: video production, editing systems, and digital asset development
• Hands‑on experience with Monday.com
• Experience managing budgets, POs, and vendors using Ariba or similar tools
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (no hands‑on design required)
• Exceptional timeline management, communication, and problem‑solving skills
○ Proven ability to manage dozens of projects simultaneously in a production‑heavy environment
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving work forward during periods of change and growth
