Insight global is hiring for a Qualitative User Researcher for a large telecommunications client local to Stamford, CT. This user researcher focuses on understanding the behaviors, needs, and motivations of users through various research method. They will need to understand customer issues and the customer journey. On a daily basis they will gather qualitative data from interviews, focus groups, and observations to identify patterns and insights.
They have detailed conversations with users to explore their experiences, thoughts, and feelings, As well as visualize the user's experience over time to highlight pain points and opportunities for improvement. This is a contract to hire position with a pay rate of $60-$66hr.

· 3-5 years of experience working a qualitative user researcher.
· Experience with qualitative Data Analysis Software: Tools like NVivo or ATLAS.ti for coding and analyzing qualitative data.
· Experience conducting Interviews and Surveys:
gathering qualitative and quantitative data by talking directly to users or sending out surveys
· Proficient with developing user research plans, conducting findings, and usability testing.
