Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a Digital Transformation team within Customer Operations. This individual will partner closely with the Program Manager to drive coordination, governance, and delivery tracking across multiple active workstreams, including AI-focused initiatives, model training efforts, and QA-related projects. The Project Manager will coordinate projects from kickoff through delivery, maintain issue logs, track risks, dependencies, milestones, and action items, and proactively escalate blockers to keep work on schedule. They will lead meeting coordination activities, including scheduling, agenda preparation, capturing decisions, documenting discussions, and maintaining governance routines, dashboards, trackers, and status reports. This role will also be responsible for preparing leadership-facing presentations and updates, with a heavy focus on PowerPoint and Excel, while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across business, technology, and operations teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, capable of connecting the dots across multiple initiatives, driving accountability, and ensuring clear communication, documentation, and visibility throughout the project lifecycle using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of project coordination, project management, or project support experience
• Strong experience driving cross-functional alignment across business, technology, and operations teams
• Experience managing issue logs, risk identification, escalation management, and dependency tracking
• Proven ability to maintain governance routines including status reporting, dashboards, and meeting cadences
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting updates to leadership
• Highly organized with exceptional documentation and follow-through skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting AI-focused initiatives or AI-related programs
Experience documenting requirements, workflows, process maps, or business processes
