Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join our client's Product Team in Stamford, CT. This person will drive customer experience by using AI-powered chat capabilities. This person will be responsible for leading multiple projects end-to-end from planning to delivery. Some of these projects may include chat flow enhancements, integrations and platform improvements. They will be responsible for owning project timelines, sprint tracking, grooming cadences and delivery milestones. They will work with multiple vendors and stakeholders and drive alignment between business and technical teams. This person will work with business analysts, quality analysts, and product managers. They will track SOW statuses, test readiness and report any blockers or risks to leadership. They will document requirements and track deliverables in Jira, Confluence and other tools. This role will be performed on-site in Stamford, CT and the pay ranges between 50-65/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

37 years of experience in project management within a digital or CX environment (telecom, SaaS, or AI-powered platforms a plus).
Experience working in Agile, wagile, or hybrid environments.
Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools like Monday.com or Asana.
Familiarity with chatbot platforms, SDK-based chat tools, or AI-driven support tools preferred.
Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional contributors.
Experience with QA planning, UAT coordination, and production launch execution.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Chat customer support journeys, authentication flows (OTP, IVR-to-chat), or personalization projects.
Working with third-party vendors like ASAPP, Genesys, or LivePerson.
