Insight Global is hiring for a Program Manager to sit onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunication company. This person will be joining the Customer Operations organization, working on a transactional biller project for mobile/cable services and convergence. In other words, this program focuses on cable billing and being able to bill monthly/ before service. This program manager will be working cross functionally with various teams and groups both inside and outside the organization, consisting of both technical and non-technical stakeholders (IT, development, testing, billing, etc). On a day-to-day, this Program Manager will spend 50% of their time planning/implementing schedules and monitoring program from inception through delivery, 25% defining and reporting program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics, 10% identifying and monitors areas of risk and coordinating the projects and their interdependencies, while the last 15%: managing stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.

· 8+ years of Project/Program Management Experience
Background within Project Management
· Experience coordinating and communicating with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
· Ability to present and provide project updates at the leadership & executive level
· Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects
· Strong experience with MS Office Suite Products: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
· Background working WITH BOTH Agile and Waterfall
· Project Management Tools: Smartsheet, MS Projects, Jira
