Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Product Manager to be the bridge between the business and a delivery team. Their job is to translate business needs into detailed requirements and ensure the team builds the right features in the right order. This role is very execution-heavy and deeply rooted in Agile delivery. You will works closely with developers, architects, and designers each day while managing and prioritizing the user story backlog to ensure the team always has clear, actionable work. They track key delivery metrics such as sprint capacity, velocity, and defect resolution to keep the team operating efficiently and on plan. In this role, the PO gathers requirements from business partners, builds strong relationships across delivery and business teams, and occasionally presents updates to stakeholders. They ensure all user stories are well‑defined and ready for sprint planning, supporting the team’s short‑term execution within two‑week sprint cycles. This is a 12-month ongoing contract and pays $54-57hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Digital Analyst
• Ability to manage the story backlog (writing stories, refining, prioritizing)
• Experience working within e-commerce or digital sales
• Strong Agile experience
• Experience with Jira, Tableau and Microsoft
• Strong analytics experience (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
• Ability to interpret data (traffic, conversions, funnel behavior, etc.)
• Can gathers requirements from business partners
Understand technical implications of design and development decisions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with AI
Telecom/cable experience
