Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Workday Analyst is responsible for managing HR technology projects, optimizing Workday systems, collaborating with various departments, improving HR workflows, and advising on best practices. The role requires strong experience with Workday HCM, excellent project leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of Workday modules.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience with Workday
3+ years of managing people
Experience using - EIB, Studios, Workday extended, and Poor Connectors
Experience integrating large amounts of data
Experience working with business partners and development teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with payroll, benefits, time and attendance
Background in mid/larger enterprise companies
