Insight Global is looking for and IT Security Access Management Lead to sit remote for a large reinsurance client. This lead will be joining the IT security team and leading a team of 6. This consultant will be responsible for employee/ consultant onboarding and off boarding, fulfilling access requests, handling audit/ compliance requests, troubleshooting access related incidents and providing exceptional customer service to end users (6-7k employees). The lead will be spending 40% of their time doing manual oversight ((manually reviewing the teams work, they are working to automate this but as of now it is manual), 30% will be spent handling escalations for IAM support inquiries and the last 30% will be spent collaborating with the automation team to improve things. This role will help maintain the team schedule (including off hours rotating shift) and will provide training sessions with the IAM team members. The ideal candidate will have recent strong leadership skills, a strong understanding of IT Security and access management and be proficient with Azure AD, Azure MFA, Azure PIM, service now. Pay is around 58-64/hr.

-7+ years of IT Support experience focusing on IT Security and Identity Access Management
-2-3 recent years of leadership experience managing teams of 6+ offshore
-Proficient with Azure AD, Azure MFA, Azure PIM, service now
-Some knowledge of Saviynt for automation for account creation and maintenance
