Insight Global is looking for an IT Governance Analyst to sit remote in EST hours for a large reinsurance client. This analyst will be joining the Transformation Governance and Controls team consisting of 6 verticles. This analyst with straddle 2 vertices consisting of change management and IT governance where they will split their time 50/50. On the change management front, this role will need to facilitate change advisory board meetings, have oversight of changes, do workflow approvals, and be that person to push along anything needed through service now when it comes to change. If something is stuck they need to find the right people, set up a meeting and push it to completion. On the IT Governance side, they will need to make sure that they have the right structure and controls in place to run the IT organization, in this role there are specific guidelines and policies they must follow and this analyst will be ensuring they look after that and it is up to date. For example, all documents need to be reviewed yearly (50+ docs) this person needs to ensure this is getting done and they are following correct guidelines put in place to do so and if not, they will facilitate meetings to ensure it gets done. This analyst will need to be extremely proactive, communicative and ensure they have the right steps in place to make sure the change management and governance is up to par.
