Insight Global is hiring for a GIS Project Manager to sit onsite in Stamford, CT or Charlotte, NC. This GIS Project Manager will be joining the Customer Operations organization and playing a pivotal role in the merger/acquisition with Cox. This candidate ideally will come from an analytical background that has previous experience using GIS. Furthermore, this project manager will be responsible for managing/overseeing projects within the organization's portfolio, maintaining timelines, project tracking, stakeholder engagement & communication, and presenting. Additionally, this project manager will manage the entire process from requirements/work sessions to development and operational readiness for Day 1, Day 90 , and other key milestones associated with the acquisition. On a day-to-day, this program manager will spend 20% project plan development/maintenance, 20% deck creation/maintenance, 40% cross-functional meetings, 10% internal meetings, and 10% internal tool updates/status updates.

Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of project management experience
• Previous telecommunications experience is preferred
• Prior experience using GIS (Geographic Information Systems)
• Analytical Background: ability to gather and interpret data for projects
○ helps identify optimal project locations & spatial data
• Strong background with managing large, scale projects/programs
• Experience working within both a waterfall & agile environment
• Strong experience within presenting project plan, roadmap, and delivery to the executive level
• Tools: MS Projects, Jira, Smartsheets, MS Office Suits, Powerpoint
