Insight Global is hiring for a Director of AI-Ops for a large, media & entertainment client. This Director will be joining Direct-to-Consumer Organization specifically within the Operational Tooling & Automation team. This director will be overseeing the software development, delivery, and support of AI used by the organization's engineering and operational support teams. In other words, this Director will be working on the tooling that the organization uses to help to help the organization. More specifically, this Director will be overseeing the Event Management/AI Ops, chatbots, and GenAI solutions used by IT teams. On a day-to-day, this Director will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers to architect, build, and maintain AI Solutions. Furthermore, this Director will provide oversight on all software development activities pertaining to AI & AI Ops initiatives, oversee the entire SDLC, work with program/project management to ensure plans properly account for engineering activities and timelines, ensure applications are working properly and available 24x7x365, and define operational and performance KPIS.

10 years of experience working within Software Engineering
5+ years of leadership/management; overseeing a team of software developers and engineers
Minimum of 1 year of experience overseeing the development & development of AI/ML tools
Prior experience overseeing multiple delivery teams at one time
Experience & knowledge with Moogsoft
Prior experience with AWS Bedrock & Azure
Experience with Go and Python as programming languages
Prior experience overseeing and working with delivery teams both locally and internationally
Great verbal & written communication skills
Ability to communicate with both technical & non-technical team members
Prior experience working & presenting to upper-leadership/ executives
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.
