Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Director of Product Marketing. In this role you will develop and implement marketing strategies across the buyer's journey to enhance product awareness, preference, purchase, retention, and growth. You will frame product marketing strategies, including target audience prioritization, positioning, and messaging. Leading go-to-market plans for new products and features, you will manage cross-functional implementation. You will translate product features into buyer benefits and business outcomes for market-facing positioning and messaging. You will collaborate with integrated marketing teams to leverage key assets for content development across all phases of the buyer's journey. Additionally, you will interface with industry analysts and various internal teams to drive new market investigations and inform the product roadmap. This is a full-time role that offers $175k with a 15% bonus.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of product marketing experience: B2B product/solutions marketing
- Product marketing experience with unified communications, cybersecurity, voice, cloud, networking, etc.
- Experience managing a team and training staff.
- Experience developing the product marketing strategy, focusing on target audience prioritization, positioning, and messaging.
- Experience with go-to-market strategy and product launches.
- Ability to use marketing strategies, including target audience prioritization, positioning, and messaging
Skillfully convert product features into buyer benefits and business outcomes, to be utilized in market-facing positioning and messaging.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and departments with excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree required
