Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to support an enterprise‑level Sales Incentives team at a large telecommunications client. This role focuses on performance analytics, incentive and commission analysis, and hands‑on data work that directly supports sales channel decision‑making. The ideal candidate has strong technical fundamentals like SQL, Excel, and Python and enjoys balancing analytics with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to analyze incentive performance, support reporting and dashboards, and contribute to the ongoing modernization of incentive analytics and tooling. This is a 6 month contract to hire and pays $56-$62hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics‑focused roles
• Strong background in Advanced SQL skills (T‑SQL and/or Redshift SQL) for querying and analyzing large datasets
• Strong Python experience
• Ability to conduct complex data analysis and develop metrics or models to support business decisions
• Experience creating dashboards or reports using Tableau and/or Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, complex formulas)
Comfortable being hands‑on with data while also translating findings into actionable insights
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Exposure to AI‑assisted analytics or modeling tools
• Internship experience or early‑career exposure to analytics roles in a professional environment
• Familiarity with web‑based reporting tools or analytics platforms
