Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Creative Social Media Strategist to lead social-first creative and paid social strategy across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and emerging channels. This role blends creative storytelling with performance optimization, owning programs end-to-end—from concepting and briefs to testing, production, and insights, while partnering closely with creative, analytics, brand, influencer, and media teams. Positioned within the creative strategy organization, this leader drives full-funnel impact and ensures paid social directly supports broader marketing and business goals. This is a 6 month ongoing contract and pays $55-57hr.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of social first experience managing creative strategy
• Ability to oversee campaign planning, creative briefing, content production, and asset delivery
○ Across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Experience with deep paid social
• Strong creative sensibility with the ability to concept, brief, and optimize platform-native content
• Partner with creative, production, and influencer teams to develop social-first assets including UGC, short-form video, static creative, and carousels.
Advanced analytical skills with experience using UTMs, pixels, tracking, and reporting tools
