Job Description
Insight Global is seeking two Community Managers who will act as the brand voice across social platforms and online communities. This role focuses on shaping sentiment, building trust, and fostering positive engagement by representing the client in organic conversations, not customer service channels. They will work closely with social listening, brand, PR, and influencer teams, this individual will engage thoughtfully with customers, creators, and entertainment partners to strengthen brand presence and community relationships. This is a 6-month ongoing contract and pays $50-55hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years in community management for a well‑known or regulated brand
○ Deep understanding of Facebook groups, Reddit, Instagram, and emerging spaces
• Proven experience acting as the brand voice for a large, consumer‑facing brand
• Strong understanding of legal, PR, and reputation management considerations
• Ability to build and nurture positive brand communities by understanding recurring pain points, customer wish lists, and audience motivations
• Experience navigating sensitive or high‑visibility social situations with sound judgment
• Ability to speak to real examples of what went right—and what went wrong—in previous brand or community engagements
Prior experience at a PR agency or in close partnership with PR teams
