Job Description

This role manages day‑to‑day co‑marketing programs with key ecosystem partners, overseeing how marketing development (MDF/co‑op) funds are earned, allocated, spent, and reconciled. The person partners closely with vendors and internal teams to plan campaigns and events, track fund accruals, manage spend approvals, and ensure all activity complies with partner requirements. They handle the operational and financial follow‑through and will be validating invoices, reconciling payments and credit notes, maintaining audit‑ready documentation, and reporting results. The role also supports partner business reviews and leadership readouts by consolidating performance data, spend visibility, and ROI to ensure strong partner relationships and full reimbursement. This is a 6-month ongoing contract and pays $58-$62hr.
