• Insight Global is hiring for two Associate Analysts who are looking to get there foot in the door in a fortune 500 environment . We’re looking for high-potential new college graduates who are sharp, naturally curious, and strong communicators to support a team during a transition period. This role is designed for someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, and can support day-to-day analysis and project work that helps senior stakeholders move faster and make clearer decisions. You'll support reporting, analysis, process follow-ups, and ad-hoc projects with opportunities to grow into broader responsibilities as the organization stabilizes. This is a contract until the end of the year and pays $24-$28hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• Recent graduate (or graduating soon) with a degree in Business, Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or similar
• Strong communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving; comfortable asking smart questions
• Experience with Excel
• Evidence of relevant work: class projects, capstones, internships, case competitions, personal projects, or leadership roles
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Exposure to SQL or Python
