Job Description
This role on Edgewell’s Global Payroll Team is responsible for managing and supporting global payroll systems to ensure accurate and efficient payroll operations worldwide. Key responsibilities include administering system configurations such as pay rules, accruals, schedules, wage types, and holiday calendars, as well as performing database maintenance, upgrades, and year-end requirements. The position involves monitoring business processes, supporting data interfaces, and conducting audits to maintain system integrity. You will develop and execute test scripts for regression testing, implement application changes, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Additionally, the role requires engaging with end-users to resolve issues, providing training, and acting as a liaison between HR, Payroll, and other business areas to align expectations. Creating technical documentation, optimizing workflows for efficiency and security, and delivering clear communication and education on system functionality are also essential parts of this position.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of experience with operational analysis, ticketing systems, Time and Attendance (Kronos), Global Payroll Systems (SAP/UKG).
• Strong analytical and communication skills, detail-oriented and organized, exceptional customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of payroll principles, employment laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working in large, global organizations with complex payroll structures
- Ability to diagnose issues quickly, propose solutions, and implement fixes
- Comfortability acting as a liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams
