Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Product Lifecycle Planner for a top consumer products organization. This entry-level, project-focused role will support the Product Lifecycle Manager by helping manage and execute key product and operational transitions tied to an upcoming site move. The planner will analyze lifecycle and supply chain data, track transition progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution. This is a great opportunity for an early-career candidate looking to blend product lifecycle exposure with project management responsibilities in a highly visible, leadership-supported initiative.
Day-to-Day:
- Support the Product Lifecycle Manager with lifecycle planning and transition initiatives.
- Own and manage product and operational transitions related to the Milford move.
- Track impacted items and transition milestones across teams.
- Work closely with transition and project teams to monitor progress and risks.
- Analyze data across the full product lifecycle to support decision-making.
- Support new product introductions, product transitions, and discontinuations.
- Assist with inventory reviews, runout planning, and depletion strategies.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Marketing, and PMO.
- Provide reporting and insights to leadership using existing dashboards and data sources.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and track project progress.
- Critical thinking and prioritization skills.
- Entry-level to junior experience level (early career profile).
- Comfort working in a hybrid onsite environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
- Exposure to product lifecycle management or supply chain analytics.
- Power BI reporting experience.
- Project management or transition management experience.
- Understanding of how decisions impact inventory, cost, and P&L.
