Job Description

The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for delivering second-level technical support on-site, primarily serving colleagues throughout North America. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems, as well as installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and equipment in coordination with other tech teams. Additionally, the technician offers guidance and training to coworkers on IT policies and best practices.

-AV experience
-experience with Windows and Mac
-experience troubleshooting break fixes
-experience handling a large number of tickets
