Job Description

- Recent Lab Technician Experience

- Experience following lab safety & protocols

- Recent experience working with toxic chemicals & materials

- Ability to understand and follow experimental protocols for preservation of data

- Experience working with programming & robotics within the lab

- Strong Experience with Microsoft Office Products for data reporting such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Good communication & detail oriented

- Bachelor's degree required (Chemistry, Biology, Material Science, Engineering)

Required Skills & Experience

Insight Global is hiring for a Lab Technician to sit 100% onsite in Rocky Hill, CT for a large, chemical & consumer goods company. This lab technician will be joining a team of approximately 14 individuals reporting directly into the lab supervisor assisting in the adhesive product testing for the adhesive/film application team. This Lab Technician will be spending their time maintaining project timelines, collecting data using various test methods, supporting laboratory protocols, and maintaining the equipment or components in the lab. Additionally, this lab technician will be responsible for conducting tests and using Excel or PowerPoint to report their data and their findings.
