Insight Global has an immediate need for an Industrial Project Technician to support the Industrial Services operation in our Plainville, Connecticut office. This position offers a diverse mix of projects and hands-on experience across several service areas and operating divisions. The primary role involves supporting and conducting field installations for industrial projects and systems. The project technician will handle project coordination for Loureiro install crews and client needs, and may assist with installations when necessary. Responsibilities include operations and maintenance of remediation systems, decontamination/demolition, plumbing, electrical, and machine guarding. Manual dexterity, technical skills, organizational skills, project understanding, and delegation are crucial for success. Reading instructions from work plans, manuals, drawings, and schematics is essential. Training and adherence to safety practices are mandatory while performing all field activities.

5 years of experience and a HS diploma, technical school, or equivalent.

Basic acumen with hand tools and troubleshooting tooling.
-Fundamental knowledge/skills with powered tools (cordless tools, bandsaw, etc.) for cutting, drilling, and tapping.
