Job Description

Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Project Manager to join our water/wastewater team in Plainville, CT. The ideal candidate will lead the engineering design and project management of industrial wastewater treatment design and design/build projects. This role requires a natural problem-solver with expertise in process design and strong communication skills. The selected individual will play a key role in expanding our water/wastewater services. Responsibilities include leading project teams, managing project performance, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves up to 15% travel and business development activities. Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years of professional experience with an engineering consulting or design firm
• 3+ years as a Project Manager with a proven track record
• BS degree in an engineering discipline
• Ability to work in Department of Defense locations
- Experience with designing industrial water systems from new construction to upgrading or fixing system issues that arise.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• PE or EIT licensure
• Experience with business development and client management
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience with lab water system design, or other complex industrial water challenges
