Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Advisor to join our dynamic sales team. This in-person role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in financial services and a passion for building long-term client relationships. There is no cold calling as the marketing support provides a steady stream of pre-qualified leads to help you grow your business.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ financial goals and develop tailored strategies.
Present comprehensive financial plans focused on principal protection, income accumulation, and retirement security.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, communication, and personalized service.
Leverage advanced financial products, including fixed indexed annuities and managed money solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold the highest ethical standards.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
FINRA Series 66 license (or Series 63/65 combination) required
FINRA Series 7 license and Life/Health Insurance License are a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and close business
