Job Description

As a Client Success Specialist youll work directly with our customers to help them achieve
maximum value from our platform. This role involves a variety of activities that includes on-boarding,
implementation, training, accounting support, software QA/troubleshooting, project management and
more. You will also play a critical role working with our engineering team providing input and feedback
for continued product development, strategic planning, and decision making.
Respond to daily inquiries from clients using our platform.
Conduct live training sessions, and create self-help resources.
Help troubleshoot usability, reporting and reconciliation issues.
Manage support cases and engage in specialty client projects.
Offering guidance to integrate and adapt our solution to meet requirements.
Work with our engineering team to address issues and improve our platform.

Compensation: $60-68k.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
Understanding of basic accounting principles or any experience using accounting software.
Any prior experience in operations, customer service, project management is a plus.
Comfortable working with Excel to analyze and manipulate data.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving is your strength.
Exceptional written, verbal, and phone skills.
