Job Description
Insight Global looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our Customer Success Team in support of an application affiliated with the HUGO project, which helps guide healthcare professionals in identifying the most successful surgeries based on medical device performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and Microsoft applications, along with a solid understanding of data visualization, data structures, and ETL processes. This role involves building and maintaining dashboards, extracting and transforming data, presenting insights to stakeholders, and developing tools that enhance decision-making. Candidates should be comfortable working cross-functionally, communicating complex findings clearly, and contributing to a mission-driven team focused on improving surgical outcomes through data.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience as a PowerBI Developer
- Strong proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Snowflake
- Working experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Sharepoint, Word)
- Solid understanding of data structures, data modeling and ETL processes
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in the Medical Device or healthcare analytics industry
