Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Programmer to support a major Salesforce migration for a leading organization in the education space. This individual will handle a blend of Salesforce administration and programming responsibilities including permission sets, object configuration, flow development, and detailed report building. They will play a pivotal role in supporting the migration while enabling the lead Salesforce Developer to focus on advanced features and complex system design. This role is hybrid, contract-to-hire, and ideal for someone who wants to contribute to impactful CRM transformation work with significant opportunity for growth. This is a 6 month contract-to-hire and pays $55-60/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Strong experience with Flows
• Experience with OmniStudio
• Strong Salesforce reporting experience
• Ability to perform Salesforce admin & programming tasks:
○ Permission sets
○ Object building
○ Report building
○ Supporting ongoing migration tasks
Ability to assist lead Salesforce Developer by taking on mid‑level admin/program tasks

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working with Salesforce in an education/academic environment
• Documentation experience
Familiarity with Apsona
