5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, closer to 10+ preferred
D2 CT HVAC license / S-1 license

Required Skills & Experience
Experience with Warm water boiler operation and maintenance. (Gas Fired)
Experience with Warm water heating loops, AHU’s, Pumps, Expansion Tanks, Etc…
Experience High and Low voltage electric hot water heaters.
Water sourced Heat Pumps, DX split AC systems experience
General knowledge of system controls
Use of refrigerant leak detection equipment, refrigerant reclamation equipment, refrigerant gauges and most tools of the trade.
Cooling Tower Operations experience
