Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team remotely, working EST hours. The BA is being brought on to help support integration requests for Salesforce and a backlog of Mulesoft integration requests. The BA will be expected to lead end‑to‑end data mapping efforts, including interpreting vendor‑provided flat files, documenting formats, identifying primary keys, and determining how data should flow into the warehouse. The BA will leverage deep expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, SQL queries, and file ingestion to support complex data analysis and reporting. This role requires the ability to write clear user stories in Azure DevOps and the ability to create detailed mapping documents. The BA will be collaborating closely with vendors, learning integration methods with APIS, mapping to Salesforce's APIs and create detailed documentations on the mappings along with flow diagrams. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate discussions, confirm requirements, and document findings using Excel or Word. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in BA/Data Analysis, and experience with working with data at a technical level and have working knowledge of RPA.

-10+ years as a Business Analyst
-Experience utilizing ADO to write user stories
-Experience using SQL Server to write SQL queries, review datasets, and for file ingestion
-Previous experience working on integrations with third party vendors using Salesforce and Mulesoft
-Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and vendors
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with RPA
-Previously have worked at a financial intuition or been in the banking industry
-Experience using Oracle to understand, analyze and support data warehousing and business processes
