Job Description
We are seeking a well-rounded Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer with strong expertise in BeyondTrust to support and enhance our on-premise security environment. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of the PAM platform, including system administration, credential management (e.g., password rotations), reporting, and overall health of the solution. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, hands-on experience engineering and supporting PAM tools and the ability to implement and enforce security controls across identity systems. This role requires someone who can both operate and improve the technology—ensuring compliance, cleaning up legacy access issues, and partnering with security teams to strengthen privileged access governance.

Required Skills & Experience
-7+ years as a PAM Engineer, with hands-on experience with BeyondTrust
-Strong understanding of IAM/PAM concepts
-Active Directory experience
-Experiencing managing on prem systems and ability to enhance enterprise security tooling

-Cyberark experience
