A banking employer is looking for an IT Delivery Lead to support a large-scale DevSecOps transformation initiative spanning multiple technology towers. This role will work closely with the DevSecOps Architect and coaching team to ensure smooth execution of project milestones, cross-team alignment, and stakeholder engagement. The Delivery Lead will play a critical role in managing timelines, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring that deliverables are met with quality and consistency. This person will support some of the technical implementation work, and the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and be comfortable working in environments that include ServiceNow, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Azure. This person will help coordinate tool adoption, track progress across towers, and support change management efforts as teams evolve their delivery practices. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of navigating complex enterprise environments.

Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Program Manager in agile or DevSecOps environments
Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and delivery lifecycle
Familiarity with enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Azure
Experience supporting change management and adoption of new tools/processes
