Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Traffic Engineer to join a team in Connecticut to support the planning, design, and operational effectiveness of automated traffic enforcement and road safety programs. This role will serve as the traffic engineering SME to help ensure deployments are safe, compliant, and effective—supporting site assessments, traffic management plans, and continuous improvement efforts across road safety initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) in Connecticut OR eligible for registration prior to field deployments
- Experience in traffic engineering / transportation engineering / roadway operations
- Strong knowledge of traffic control devices, roadway design principles, and traffic operations\
- Familiarity with MUTCD and applicable state/local traffic regulations
