Job Description

Our Healthcare Insurance Client is looking to hire a Technical Product Manager. This will be a 1 year contract with option for conversion to FTE or contract renewal. This position is remote work from home.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to support their secure member web and mobile portal. This portal is how healthcare insurance members interact with their benefits. Our internal downstream partners lack proactive vision and their roadmaps aren't aligned. We need a Product Manager to influence and guide downstream partners. We need a PM to communicate vision and strategic direction.

This connected care portfolio is transforming how our members engage with their care wholistically. This role will support our Health 360 train where we're focused on helping our members by driving the future of digital innovation by creating secure, scalable platforms that connect our people, ideas, and insights across the enterprise.

As a Product Manager, you’ll lead the design and delivery of digital health solutions that are both technically robust and deeply empathetic. You’ll work across engineering, data science, clinical, and design teams to define product strategies, architect scalable systems, and drive execution with precision and purpose.

• Product Strategy & Road mapping: Define and drive the roadmap for multiple product areas, aligning vision with business goals and member needs.
• Cross-Portfolio Collaboration: Work closely with product leads and stakeholders across business segments, digital, and operational teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
• Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams—including engineering, UX, data science, and provider data experts—through discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Customer-Centered Innovation: Leverage data, research, and experimentation to identify pain points and opportunities that enhance member engagement and outcomes.
• Agile Execution: Translate strategic objectives into actionable features and user stories, driving execution in a SAFe/Agile environment.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively manage interdependencies, risks, and tradeoffs to ensure timely delivery of impactful solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Define KPIs and success metrics to track progress, generate insights, and drive iterative enhancements.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed on digital health trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations that support whole-person care.
