Act as the primary point of contact for test data requests across engineering, QA, product, and analytics teams.
Collaborate with data engineers and database administrators to extract, mask, generate and validate test data sets.
Maintain a centralized request tracking system and ensure timely fulfillment of data needs.
Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
Assist in the development and maintenance of test data management tools and documentation.
Monitor and report on test data usage, quality, and availability.

2+ years of experience in data coordination, QA, or data management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy best practices.
Experience with SQL and data masking tools is a plus.
Familiarity with leveraging SOAPUi for API testing
Experience working in SAFe / Agile
