Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Business Analyst to join and support a large migration program for a healthcare client. This is a contract-to-hire position, fully remote within the U.S., working EST hours. This ideal candidate will wear multiple hats to drive delivery. You will collaborate with product management teams to ensure tech decisions support the product and program vision. You will negotiate contracts and manage SOWs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Drive and lead coordination of migration and modernization tasks across teams.
• Meet regularly with engineering teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Gather and organize playbook materials for migration processes.
• Build and maintain a SharePoint presence for documentation and collaboration.
• Assist with presentations for leadership and project updates.
• Collaborate with developers and Scrum teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide timely updates and escalate issues when necessary.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Core Skills:
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to ambiguity.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
Technical Skills:
• Solid understanding of cloud migration processes (AWS preferred).
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools.
• Familiarity with development scanning tools, application monitoring, and security scanning tools.
• Infrastructure awareness: firewalls, network connections, IP configurations, Disaster Recovery concepts.
• Expertise in cloud and container technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, AKS, GKE).
