Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a remote OpenText TeamSite Platform Manager to own, operate, and evolve an on premises OpenText TeamSite Web Content Management (WCM) platform within a large, enterprise environment. This role is responsible for platform stability, upgrades, integrations, security, and operational excellence, while collaborating with centralized corporate services such as identity management, storage, networking, and enterprise monitoring teams.
The ideal candidate combines deep OpenText TeamSite administrative expertise with strong Linux systems administration skills, understands enterprise content workflows, and can operate in an environment with frequent system updates, structured change management, and cross team dependencies.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years experience with Linux system administration in production environments
• 3+ years proven experience administering OpenText TeamSite in an on-prem or IaaS production, enterprise environment
• 3+ years knowledge of TeamSite architecture, including authoring vs. runtime separation, workflows, and OpenDeploy
• 3+ years hands on experience managing NAS or shared storage for enterprise applications
• 3+ years familiarity with Java in the context of TeamSite customization and support
• 3+ years experience performing frequent system updates, patches, and upgrades with minimal downtime
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Shell scripting (Bash) for operational automation and troubleshooting
• Perl scripting beyond TeamSite defaults (custom tools, automation)
• PowerShell for integration with Windows based enterprise services
• Basic Windows Server knowledge (for AD, file shares, monitoring agents, or integration touchpoints)
• Familiarity with SSO technologies (LDAP, SAML, OIDC) in enterprise environments
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation affecting web platforms
